Established on Aug. 2007, Carpigiani (Zhongshan) Manufactory Co., Ltd. has become a successful manufacturer & distributor of pasteurizer, ice cream, chocolate, slush machine as well as display freezer. 
Incorporated in 1946, Carpigiani's Bologna plant quickly established itself as the market leader in the production of machines for gourmet gelato, better known as Italian-style ice cream. As the culture of Italian ice cream spread across the globe during the 1960s and 1970s, Carpigiani began to expand rapidly all over the world, opening its first overseas branches and developing a sales network of exclusive dealerships which have since guaranteed widespread distribution and continuous, prompt support for end users.

1.负责售前咨询--解答及转交信息；
2.负责售后报修--指导客户解决简单问题及转交信息；
3.负责安排返厂维修--指导客户安排机器返厂及跟进完成发回；
4.负责跟踪回访--回访客户安装，使用，满意度等；
5.负责投诉建议处理--接受客户投诉建议及跟进处理回复；
6.负责配件管理--接受客户预定配件及发货等；
7.负责监督协调--制作统计分析报告，监督服务情况；
8.工作时间为：双休8小时制，下班时间17：30-22：00需继续在家接听电话处理报修；节假日8:30-22:00需继续在家接听电话处理报修.
9.要求：
9.1.机械/电气/制冷等专业毕业，从事以上相关行业及职位工作3年以上；
9.2.有以上行业客服经验优先；
9.3.英文&普通话流利/EXCEL&WORD操作熟练；
9.4.喜欢团队合作/协调能力强/有团队建设及管理经验者优先。
