薪资结构：固定工资+项目奖金+业绩提成+年终奖
晋升途径：助理工程师——工程师——资深工程师/部门主管——部门经理

岗位职责：
1、负责机械产品及其零部件的分析、制图、归档； 
2、对机械产品的设计图纸进行解释及提供技术指导； 
3、负责对机械产品的工艺图纸进行审核，并协助完善机械产品工艺图； 
4、按照现有的技术规范完成机械产品的图纸标准化工作； 
5、配合工程师完成设计项目，配合完成新产品的研发设计工作。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机电一体化相关专业； 
2、精通Auto CAD、3D软件等制图软件； 
2、具备良好的机械部件制图知识，熟悉机械制图相关标准、法规及制造规范； 
3、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的创新精神和团队精神；
