About us 
12367 Exit/Entry Service Hotline of National Immigration Administration 
is an immigration service platform opened by the China National 
Immigration Administration. The platform uses Internet, cloud deployment 
and artificial intelligence technology to fully connect the consultation 
and complaint hotline systems of local border inspection agencies and 
local public security immigration management agencies. It mainly 
undertakes service requirements such as policy business consultation, 
opinions and suggestions in the field of immigration management business, 
and provides 7*24 uninterrupted manual services in Chinese (Mandarin, 
Cantonese) and English. The service scope covers the whole country and 
covers the whole world, showing the demeanor of the Chinese immigration

岗位职责 
1. 接听呼叫中心英语客服热线、在线解答客户咨询；
2. 在线受理客户意见、建议并及时反馈；
3. 根据呼叫中心业务流程，有效使用电话，邮件等沟通方式解答客户疑问并能
解决一般投诉。
任职资格 
1. 本科及以上学历，英语、国际关系等专业毕业生优先，能熟练与外籍人士沟
通的优先；
2. 有有海外留学或旅行经历者优先；
3. 良好的表达与沟通能力、逻辑思维好、口齿清晰；
4. 有良好的客户服务意识和团队协作精神，能够服从工作安排，善于从工作中
学习进取；
5. 应届毕业生优先。
薪酬福利 
综合薪酬：4-8K/月；
福利：央企园区职场，不加班，90后领导超nice,入职后即提供五险一金，有员
工食堂，提供宿舍；
工作时间：每天工作 8 小时；平均每月值2-3个夜班。
