岗位职责：
1、根据餐厅领导安排，做好餐前准备、餐中服务、餐后收尾工作；
2、遵守部门安全制度，负责设备设施、家具的维保、卫生清洁的具体落实工作；
3、了解本部门和酒店其他服务项目，准确解答客人提出的问题；
4、严格遵守酒店相关规定，保持个人仪容仪表，礼节礼貌符合标准；
5、完成领导交办的其它工作。
职位要求：

2、态度良好；
3、开朗、大方，意志力强，善于沟通，身体健康、体力充沛。
