要求：
1、男，年龄40-45岁，有5-10年管理工作经验（懂铝门窗五金生产经验优先）；年薪约15-25万。
2、有现场管理经验，思维敏捷，较强执行力，协调能力以及团队合作能力，做事认真对工作负责，负责各部门日常管理工作及生产计划安排和人员设备安排分配。
3、具有能独立解决生产中存在的重大质量、安全问题的指挥能力，能最有效的组织生产人员按时按质完成公司下达的生产任务。保证安全生产。
